Kyeler Joe Frank

April 04, 2024

“Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good deeds and praise your father in heaven.” Kyeler Joe Frank, AKA (Turd Bird), had a light that shone so brightly, it illuminated everyone’s life he crossed paths with.

Kyeler Joe Frank – born Memorial Day May 31, 2004, to Kallen Frank and Michelle Connel in Hobart, OK at 3:28 p.m. Weighing 6 pounds, 11 ounces and 19 ½ inches of all heart and pure spirit, he experienced his first thrill at the ripe age of less than 24 hours old when he had his first combine ride on his way home from the hospital with his Gramps (Tommy Frank). Kyeler was raised by Kallen and Shelshie Frank and Marc and Michelle Ensey, along with their village in Mountain View, Ok.

Kyeler hung the moon for his younger siblings which include three beautiful sisters and two wonderful brothers. They were his prized possessions, and he was their hero! Kyeler passed away Sunday, March 24, at Drummond OK, He was 19 years, 9 months and 24 days old.

Kyeler’s presence was felt the moment he walked in a room. His love for life and for others was infectious with the most beautiful and contagious smile. From a very young age, he made it his mission to never leave a room without everyone in it laughing. Even if that was mooning you on his way out the door.

Kyeler truly lived by the motto of “YOLO.” During his younger years, he could usually be found hanging out with his mom, riding 4-wheelers with dad, biking around town with friends, playing with his John Deere tractors or finding a “muddle puddle” to play in. He spent the majority of his time hunting down some trouble, but with a smile like his and a little smooth talking he could usually talk his way out of anything. At Pre-K enrollment when asked what his name was Kyeler responded ”Turd Bird Joe Frank,” a nickname that was given to him by his mom and dad at a very young age, that he still went by to this day. Kyeler gave his life to Jesus Christ in the summer of 2019 and was baptized on July 7, 2019, at the First Baptist Church in Mountain View, OK. Kyeler did not enjoy school, not one bit of it. He would make sure that everyone knew he had no plans to go to college after graduation. His parents have never had a prouder moment than watching him walk across the stage at graduation from Mountain View–Gotebo Public Schools.

Kyeler had just begun to spread his wings and fly. No matter what it was that he was up to, he was giving 110 percent and going 100 MPH. He had grown a love for backroads, playing in the mud (usually getting stuck), and spending every extra cent on pick up parts. He spent every spare moment with his Stockton Gang. These boys were there for each other through thick and thin, they became brothers.
