Zoe Marie Dickerson Craig

Zoe Marie Dickerson Craig was born April 20, 1928, at the family farm in Dill City, Oklahoma, to her parents Henry and Lottie (Howard) Dickerson. She died July 14, 2023, at Corn Heritage Village in Corn, Oklahoma.

Zoe went to school at Dill City, graduating from high school in 1946. On November 22, 1947, she and Billy Monroe Craig were united in marriage. To this union four children were born: Twins Joe Dan and Zoe Ann; Billie Jan and Tim Alan.

She worked many years as a bank teller at First National Bank in Cordell, Oklahoma. During this time she made many lifelong friends. She was a beautiful lady, inside and out. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Mountain View. She loved and adored her children and grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grand-daughters.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, in January of 2009; Her parents, Henry and Lottie Dickerson; her brothers: Claude, Earl, Donald and Fred and a sister, Glena.

Survivors include her children: Joe Dan Craig, Mountain View, OK; Zoe Ann Barker, Mustang, OK; Billie Jan Teal and husband, Daryl, Mountain View, OK; and Tim Alan Craig and wife, Melanie, Hinton, OK. Grandchildren: Troy James Craig and wife Lori, Allyssa Monks and husband Chris; Matthew Craig and wife Ashley; Julie Marie Grieb and husband Jesse; Kori Anne Bristow; Cody Craig Bristow and wife Stephenie; Maegan Teal; David Craig; Susan Craig. Great-grandchildren: Courtney, Ethan, Ad-die, Aidan, Ellana, Addison, Riely, Karter, Alisen, Bayler, Chaysen, Zachary, Zoe, Chasity and Taylor. Great-great granddaughters Erin Elizabeth Gilkey and Willa Craig.

Sister-in-law: Ruby Dickerson and many other family members and friends.

Zoe had a beautiful life. What a treasure she was and now a treasure in Heaven.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at the First Baptist Church in Mountain View, Oklahoma. Interment followed in the Lawnview Cemetery in Cordell, OK. Visitation was from 9 a.m.to 8 p.m. on Monday, July 17, 2023, at Ray & Martha’s Funeral Home in Mountain View, Oklahoma.
