Darroll Joe Reddick

Darroll Joe Reddick, 43, passed away on August 23, 2024, in Carnegie, OK, surrounded by his family. He was born on September 19, 1980, to Carroll Ray and Lucinda (DeWald) Reddick, in Lawton, OK. He grew up and attended school in Fort Cobb, OK, graduating in 1999. After high school, Darroll attended school at Redlands Community College, where he obtained two Associates degrees. He later attended University of Central Oklahoma and received his bachelor’s degree. He was a proud member of the Caddo Nation of Oklahoma Tribe. Darroll met and married the love of his life, Blake (Palmer) Reddick, on June 11, 2004, in Bethany, OK. Together they had two children, Easton and Aspen. Darroll owned and operated Reddick Welding for over 12 years. He enjoyed hiking, gardening, building up seed stock for the local tribes, ancestry for family and local tribes, bead work, backpacking, camping, hunting, creating anything with his hands, and spending time with his children, family, and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his wife: Blake Reddick, Carnegie, OK; children: Easton Reddick, Carnegie, OK and Aspen Reddick, Carnegie, OK; parents: Carroll and Lucinda Reddick, Carnegie, OK; brothers, Carroll Ray Reddick, Jr. and wife, Candice, Carnegie, OK, Robert Reddick and wife, Amanda, Perkins, OK; grandparents, Floretta Henderson, Mustang, OK; and special nephews,Tylan Whitlock, Carnegie, OK and Kayson Hughes, Carnegie, OK. He is also survived nieces and nephews, Jordan Searl and Alex, Lawton, OK, Ryan Reddick, Weatherford, OK and Lillie Reddick, Weatherford, OK; parent-in-law, Bob and Carolyn Palmer, Bethany, OK; sister-in-law, Megan Watham and husband Chris, and nephew Roland Watham Bethany, OK; as well as a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins and family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Joe Gordan DeWald, and grandparents, Wilbur and Francis (Butler) Reddick 
Funeral service are scheduled for 10 a.m., Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at the Caddo Nation Culture Building in Anadarko, OK.
Interment was in the Reddick Family Cemetery in Carnegie, OK.
Services were under the direction of Ray & Martha’s Funeral Home in Anadarko, OK.
