Allan Ray Bowlin

Allan Ray Bowlin, 71, of Carnegie, Oklahoma, passed away unexpectedly on July 1, 2025. He was born on December 12, 1953, to Loyd and Arletta (Walker) Bowlin in Carnegie, Oklahoma. Allan grew up and attended school in the Alden community through grade school, and then in Carnegie, graduating from Carnegie High School in 1972. He married the love of his life Rebecca "Becky" Fritz on November 10, 1973, in Mountain View, Oklahoma.
Allan began working at Bowlin Construction with his father after graduating high school, and continued to operate his construction business up until his passing. He was a member of the Carnegie First Baptist Church and was baptized on March 29, 1964. Allan loved going to his grandkids' activities, including softball and baseball games, basketball games, and trap shoots. He never missed any of the grandkids' activities. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and was an avid craftsman. Allan believed in giving back to the community whenever he could. Throughout his life, he donated time and labor and was involved with the Carnegie Round-Up Club and the Carnegie Little League. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.  
Survivors include his children: Allana Orgain and husband Andy, Elk City, OK, Deana Stratton and husband Matt, Carnegie, OK; grandchildren: Alex Orgain, Elk City, OK, Aiden Orgain, Elk City, OK, Kane Stratton, Carnegie, OK and Kali Stratton, Carnegie, OK. He is also survived by a brother, Darrell Bowlin and wife Mary, Cache, OK, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Becky Bowlin; parents, Loyd and Arletta Bowlin, and three brothers: Jerry Bowlin, Wayne Bowlin and Hal Bowlin. 
Visitation was set for 2-5 p.m., Friday, July 4, 2025, and from 9-11 a.m., Saturday, July 5, 2025, at Ray & Martha's Funeral Home in Carnegie, Oklahoma.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, July 5, 2025, at First Baptist Church in Carnegie, Oklahoma.
Interment was in the Carnegie Cemetery in Carnegie, Oklahoma. 
Services were under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Carnegie, Oklahoma.
